• Inventory Management – As your partner we work with you to understand when you are going to be completing work in your facilities. Because of our intimate knowledge of the supply chains of these manufacturers and distributors, we know how long it will take to get the material produced and delivered to your facility. We take into consideration the time of year when an order will be placed because many manufacturers can have significant delays during certain parts of the year. Also, with a growing number of imported products, we understand how long it will take to get material from these overseas sources. We will issue blanket orders to reserve inventory to meet your needs and will track the inventory levels to reorder so there is always sufficient inventory on hand.
  
  
• Life Cycle Costing – Many products look good when they are first installed but if they do not stand up to the normal wear and tare, even when you perform the recommended maintenance, you maybe replacing them pre-maturely when compared to other alternatives. We will work with you to give you our best advice as to what is the best flooring material to meet your short-term and long-term budget needs.

On those jobs where the customer is installing multiple flooring surfaces, such as carpet and ceramic tile, CTS will use the crews that have the correct skills to install each of these products.

Working in conjunction with CTS' Operations and Traffic Department, these Regional Workrooms will:

• Perform onsite measures where no blueprints are available or to confirm blueprint takeoffs and make sure no changes have been made that are not reflected on the blueprints;
  
  
• Receive and hold shipments of material until start of jobs in their warehouse or coordinate jobsite delivery;
  
  
• Responsibly dispose of any existing flooring that is removed;
  
  
• Do repairs and complete any punch list items.

With the Liftman, disruptions to businesses are minimized. There's no need to dismantle or empty displays to move them, and there's no damage to store merchandise or library stacks. Liftman simply picks up the entire display and moves it out of the way while the new floor is installed. When the job is completed, the Liftman puts the display back in place - all in one smooth motion.
